Great post. I like freshly made juice because store-bought is always pasteurized, which, as you said, kills the nutrients and enzymes in the juice. There&#039;s hardly an benefit, then, comparably at least, to drinking anything store-bought. Not to mention if they&#039;re in plastic bottles rather than dark glass.

I think I need a juice fast soon...I just have to mentally prepare! But the first one I ever did, I felt totally great!
