I have the most horrifically dry skin, I would use it externally for my skin and I would make something tasty with it. I may try “oil pulling” with it.

I have never tried coconut oil, but am recently contemplating a switch to at least daylight hours raw, while I am recovering from back surgery. On top of that, I have incredibly dry skin and hair!
