I am so inspired by this.  Very soon I&#039;m going to make the necessary changes to my lifestyle.  Maybe one step at a time, but changes nonetheless.

Thanks. 

Yes, flexibility does make life sweet. I&#039;ve been too hard on myself for quite a while now. I don&#039;t have to go overboard and I&#039;m not saying I&#039;ll even eat something that&#039;s cooked every single day, but I don&#039;t think the world would end if I half a baked sweet potato once in a while (great for the hormones!) or something like that. 

Glad you enjoyed your small donut! It&#039;s nice to treat ourselves once in a while. 

I appreciate you being a cheerleader, and a source of encouragement!!
