Day 21 started out as a day to wind down from the events of the weekend. With July 4th celebrations and my dad’s birthday + my back being out of commission, I was exhausted.
Time to rejuvenate!
Warm lemon water to the rescue….
Breakfast
Apple juice with a scoop of Amazing Grass Green SuperFood powder was my breakfast juice of choice.
Apple + Amazing Grass

Later in the morning, I drank some water with a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar added and had my daily dose (a tablespoon) of E3 Live (this really makes me feel aLIVE!).
Lunch
I chugged down a refreshing cucumber juice for lunch (forgot to take a picture–sorry!). I added half a scoop of Amazing Grass SuperFood powder because I really needed the energy boost. Amazing Grass products rock!
(Click on the photo below to find out just how rockin’ Amazing Grass products are!)

I also drank herbal tea with lemon this afternoon….
Dinner
I was still feeling really tired by dinner time + I had a bad headache and I needed to finish some writing assignments, so I added half a scoop to my dinner juice as well (leftover Amish-grown cabbage/beet concoction: recipe here).
Beet Combo + Amazing Grass

Until tomorrow… happy juicing!

time to let it all go!

Thanks, Cindy!
Well, with the wasps, I had gone out to the shed (to get my yoga mat! LOL) and when I opened the shed door and reached in to get my mat (it was in a box), a bunch of the really nasty red wasps swarmed me out of the blue (the were in the attic of the shed). It happened so fast, I didn’t even know they were there until I was getting stung all over: my arm (several times), my hand, my leg… they were even in my hair!! It was awful. I’m going to share this when I get caught up posting and get to that day.
But, hey, do things EVER go as planned??? I think not! We have to just keep chugging along. Yes, those juices are so refreshing. Yum!

I know things don’t “normally” go as planned…. but when I really WANT to exercise at lunch…when I REALLY need good food (and not desparate food) and when I NEED to at least have some sort of game plan…. to feel productive (I guess)
and it all flies out the window…. it’s SO hard for me to reclaim that feeling at the end of the day… that “checked off my to-do list” feeling.
I am not sure whats driving this frustration but some days are bleh!
(maybe it’s a healing crisis???) HA
sorry about those NASTY wasps! and here you were going after your YOGA mat! That’s just MESSED up!
I ate a superb salad for lunch so I am full and it tasted wonderful and still met my food combining goals… so I am getting back my day little by little
thanks for listening!
