Day 23 of my 30-day juice fast was another rough one with my back, so I didn’t even take any photos of my juices (Sorry!
)
I did follow my normal “routine” of drinking warm lemon water as soon as I woke up….
Breakfast
I had some leftover watermelon juice from yesterday, so I drank that as my breakfast juice + I added a scoop of berry flavored Amazing Grass SuperFood powder.

Snack
My mid-morning snack was more watermelon juice (flushing my kidneys, yay!). I also drank some water with a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar.
Lunch
I felt truly refreshed as I sipped cucumber juice at lunch time. And I had my daily shot of E3 Live, which truly makes me feel aLIVE!
Snack
For my mid-afternoon snack, I finished off the last of the Amish-grown cabbage concoction (recipe here).
Dinner
I ended day 23 with another refreshing glass of cucumber juice, which is absolutely one of my favorite juices in the world!
