I previously mentioned Polly’s yoga to strengthen the lower back, but I thought maybe some of you who happen upon this post would be totally clueless about yoga so I decided to share Polly’s Yoga for Newbies video with you. It seems simple enough. (I haven’t tried it yet because I got attacked (and stung!) by a bunch of red wasps and haven’t been feeling too great.) But I’m definitely going to give this a shot.
I’ve never really had an interest in yoga, until lately. A lot of you, my readers, and other folks have recommended practicing yoga as a way to strengthen/possibly heal my back troubles. So, we shall see!
Do check out Polly’s blog: Yoga is Yummy. She also has quite a neat list of yoga videos you can watch (for free!!) and a super cool looking, brand-new yoga DVD you may want to go ahead and purchase if you like her style–a lot of other folks do. (She’s VERY inspiring/motivating!)

Thanks, Cindy! I can’t wait!! I still haven’t started yet. I’m not feeling so great after getting attacked by a bunch of nasty, red wasps (the really big, big kind!!).
