I recently finished my first six-week course in yoga, and found it to be very relaxing. I had to rent a mat as I don't have my own yet, but I found the rented mats VERY thin and uncomfortable. My body ached from lying on a hard floor with only a thin mat. I started putting blankets under it to make it thicker.
