That's something I've been interested in for a while now, but have never tried. I think it was pretty much like soda. That's the only way I can describe the taste. It wasn't really as tart as the vinegar with mother. If I can think of a better way to explain it, I'll definitely let you know! I think it may be the strangest drink I ever tasted!
