Before & After

Note: The quality of these photos aren’t the greatest. Most of them were taken before I owned a digital camera. I have never really liked having my photo taken but now I SO wish I had allowed more photos of myself before and during my weight loss journey. If you’ve ended up on this page and you’re on your own weight loss journey, or are thinking about trying to lose weight, I highly recommend that you take all your measurements and have someone take all angles of before photos. You’ll be so thrilled you did!

This page is something I’ll be adding to as I can, but it’s been a looooooong time coming so I thought I’d share the before and after photos with you as I find time to scan and upload them! ;-)
