Memories are a powerful thing…. – Thank you! I took a leap of faith and reordered from this seller. The product came ON TIME, as promised in excellent condition. I know as I stated in my previous review that perfume is not a necessity for life. But when something is so deeply attached to memories of a relationship with someone for almost 50 years, sometimes it’s the little things you grab onto to keep their memory fresh. As it is for me, with Opium. My husband loved it, and so do I, therefore I wore it for 43 years for him and will continue to until the day I die. Thank you for bringing back to me a piece of him that I can no longer see, touch or hear. Each time I put Opium on, many, many wonderful memories come flooding back- at least for now. I have no idea whether this will always be, but for now as it is still so fresh, it does do that. And so yes, I will be purchasing this product over and over and over. Sometimes companies have no idea exactly WHY a product is so important to people and tend to forget that there are more reasons for purchasing something than simply to just “have it”.

I am happy to say that the 2 payments I’d made for … – Thanks to a person who knew what to do when the Opium Perfume was delivered to my home..only to find 2 Spray Bottles of Opium eau de Toilette had been delivered. This Was NOT what I’d ordered. Long story short.

Love the fragrance, but it doesn’t last! – I remember Opium lasting a long time. Being able to spray it into the air and walk into the mist and have my husband say it was too strong. Now I spray it ON my skin and clothes maybe 4 times and he can’t smell it unless I stick the sprayed spot right under his nose. Me neither. Is it really just old age, or is this an inferior bottle? I’ve never bought the perfume or the other more expensive strength, so it’s not just that.
